Annual Membership Meeting

The BAA Membership elects a new board.  Typically, current board members that have not served their limit of three consecutive terms and have agree to serve another year, are re-elected for another year.  Usually there are several who have served their limit of three years and the Nominations Committee has added volunteers who have agreed to server to take their place.  At this meeting the Members also get to approve or disapprove of the proposed budget for the new fiscal year (May 1st to April 30th).  Current Members (2015/16) have been mailed a Ballot with this year's slate and a copy of the proposed budget which may be mailed in or brought to the start of this meeting.

If you have not served on the board, are a Member, and are interested you can let any board member know at any time of your interest, however, it is best to let the board know, or remind them, at the beginning of April as this is when the Nominations Committee starts their search for potential board members.

This meeting is typically followed by a short board meeting of the new board to determine executive officers and committee chairs.
